1. Site ownership

This website (bezelpass.com) is owned by BezelPass, a digital registry and traceability service for second-hand watches.

For privacy reasons of the owner, the full identification details (name, tax ID and registered address) are provided, in compliance with Article 10 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, upon explicit request to bezelpass@gmail.com. Any party with legitimate interest — users, authorities or third parties — may request this information and it will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Object of the service

BezelPass is a documentary digital registry service. It allows the owner of a second-hand watch to:

• Create a digital passport with the data of the piece (brand, model, reference, serial number, year, condition and declared service history).
• Receive a PDF certificate with a QR code and a permanent link to the public file.
• Transfer the passport when selling the watch, preserving the full history of the piece.

The service includes a public registry available at registro.bezelpass.com where third parties can verify the existence of a piece by its serial number.

3. Terms of use

By using the service, the user agrees to:

• Register only pieces they own or for which they have express authorisation from the legitimate owner.
• Provide truthful and verifiable information. The deliberate introduction of false data may result in the cancellation of the passport and, where applicable, the corresponding legal actions.
• Not use the service to legitimise pieces of unlawful origin. BezelPass will cooperate with law enforcement and judicial authorities in any investigation of watches reported as stolen or misappropriated.
• Not perform reverse engineering, bulk scraping or any action that compromises the technical integrity of the site.

4. Limitation of liability

It is essential the user understands the following:

• BezelPass documents what the owner declares. We do not perform in-person appraisals, physical authentication or verification of movement or components.
• The certificate issued by BezelPass does not constitute proof of authenticity or valuation. For physical authentication, the owner must consult a specialist watchmaker, auction house or the brand's official service.
• BezelPass is not liable for the accuracy of data entered by users. Responsibility for declared information rests with whoever enters it.
• The site is offered "as is", with reasonable best-effort availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the total absence of technical errors.

5. Intellectual property

The BezelPass name, logo, graphic design, code and editorial texts are property of BezelPass and protected under applicable intellectual and industrial property law. Total or partial reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

Brands, models and references of watch manufacturers mentioned on the site or entered by users (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Cartier and others) are property of their respective owners. BezelPass is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by any of these brands.

6. Third-party links

The site may contain links to external pages (technical service providers, brands, official sites). BezelPass does not control the content or policies of those sites and assumes no responsibility for them.

The subdomain registro.bezelpass.com is owned by us and forms an integral part of the service.

7. Modifications

BezelPass reserves the right to modify this legal notice, the terms of service and the functional features at any time, notifying registered users by email when substantive changes are involved.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site shall be submitted to the Courts of the owner's domicile, except where consumer law establishes a different mandatory venue.
